book

I am a bear,
like that one in a.a. milne—where his stuffing was filled
with heart and a bit of naivety.
I am a tree,
like that one in harry potter—who hits back when bothered
but protects the beast in need.
I am a orphan,
like that one in the gables—who invites all to her table
but feels a bit unseen.
I am a wrinkle
like that one with Meg—my temper is a powder keg
but I’m rescuing at lightning speed.
I am the author
Of my own destiny
Of my own legacy
Of my own reality.
which I invite you to read.
And maybe
together
we can be
Like that one—where we save humanity.
